Stage 1 looks like it will include DSO sales ( no toll processing) on top of the Paint coatings etc. I honestly think the remaining material (40kt) will be used for concrete or cosmetics.
I wish the T/O would hurry up so we can start to see some numbers and more about the HPA,CC etc
