Powell is meant to be independent of the market, and his attitude in his speech this morning definitely suggested that; he refused to give the market the certainty it wants in terms of how many rises, how high, and when, he left the options very very open which just fuels the ongoing fear (again, not his problem). Earnings in the US so far pretty good. Still a good time to buy in my opinion...
