I take it "the market" doesn't see that request for certainty on interest rate rises as unreasonable, yet those Fund Managers, who I assume make up "the market", will never guarantee a specific return on your investment.
I wouldn't want Powell's job for quids. Poor guy is under pressure from all sides.
