Personally I'm pretty pleased about that clause as it means a renegotiation. And prices are going up, not down, so that is pleasing in my opinion.

I dare say that a good old fashioned auction, after testing has been completed by relevant parties, would be perhaps a little unseemly and rather unbecoming, but could result in some favourable sales prices for ADN! I guess I'm using humour to try and make the point that I'm not at all sure that a true mkt price has established itself regarding the quality of product. Obviously my (unsubstantiated) bias is that the quality of the product merits a higher price than that currently discussed/agreed.
