it is an investment property - right opposite the Charles Darwin University so i am stuck between a rock and a hard place. the settlement date is 16th i have already taken 2 extensions of a month each in the anticipation of the takeover but now they wont give me any more extensions. oooh it is a nightmarish kinda day. but but on the positive note I already have positive cash flow from the property so I will keep buying ADN once this is all done.
