It will be a struggle now. Lost investors, those NOpers who'd prefer to have their shares delisted for months, and those that want to have control to the end before accepting.
There will be an upload around lunch today so those like @newregime and myself can accept late purchases. These, if accepted today will be checked for validity on Thursday so won't show till Friday. So I think Friday is a possibility for 90%. Either way it be done by the end date.
Im unsure about OZL and SFR. They have large holdings. Have they accepted?
