My sources tell me ADN are aiming to issue shares on the 4/3/22 to MEP holders who have accepted the offer.
Wouldn't it be nice if vanguard requested their stock back from the shorters.
This would push the price up when the shorters buy back.
The price would of pushed up and vanguard contact ADN and we find a cornerstone investor to take up the stock. This would be a better outcome for vanguard investors, instead of doing a deal with the shorters. I would be livid as a vanguard investor lending shares to shorters to lose 50% in value.
