1. marketindex.com.au data is not good - they include hybrids, etfs, lics
2. shorters would not want it out of the all ords - Stock recalls is no fun. VG does not have the discretion to keep shares, and they'll submit a recall notice the moment index deletion is announced (with say delivery at least 2 days before del date)
3. trading halt just means rebal happens at the next trading date
