If it's not ready to go now, it never will be.
Only one change is required and that is to change 75% ownership to 100% ownership, which shouldn't take all that long to do.
MEP holders who accepted the offer will have their ADN shares by 4th March, so I expect anytime after that we'll see the DFS in all its glory.
I hope it's worth the wait.
