We're in a 'risk off' environment.
Share market is still strong for safe producers of dividends but with higher bond rates, inflation and Ukraine (and China) there is more caution around companies with 'great expectations'.
I think this caution means some people want to see the DFS numbers before committing their money.
Others will wait even longer - for BOAs, the BFS, etc. Some will say this risks missing the boat - like the CC plant - others will say better to only make 10% rather than loose 10%.
