I've said it before and I'll say it again. You are employing JM for his H-K technical knowledge, not his capital markets expertise. Because the latter is awful. I think he reads this HC thread & tries to keep all the nervous nellies on here happy by promising things he can't deliver, because the amount of work required to do so is massive for a small team, working flat out. He said he needed Grivas to help with capital markets expertise - he had none and is now gone. Shearer is a liability and there's no one else on the board to tell him to take a chill pill, calm down, do the work, and when it's finished, release it. There has been no need for 2-3 pressos in the last fortnight. All of the recent stuff just tars the company as another spec promotion. Your fears on the DFS are simple. The company is priced by the stockmarket at $600m or so and you need the DFS to give - at this stage with various blue sky omitted - an NPV (sensibly discounted) with decent margin (50%+) over that. That's why so many of you are getting jumpy & impatient.
