When they get the mining application in, seems to be crucial to when mining begins. Which means, when will the scoping study be complete and how soon after that until the feasibility is complete leading to mining application.
If the mining application could be in this year [still 6 months left] that would give the SA government the first 6 months of next year to consider and permit. Meanwhile all preparation for mining could be arranged in that time to immediately begin mining once permitted.

That then leaves 2 other factors
1. The offtake
2. Infrastructure, roads and port.

Even if the above 2 factors weren't complete mining and stockpiling could still be underway.

This is my optimistic but not very experienced outlook for being into production in 12 months time.
Megagene: "ADN will be in production next year and I feel we will see that by mid year".
Wombat: "I don't see anything that will delay permitting".

Guess it could depend on whether management is as good as it's hoped they are ?
