Had to have a laugh, I thought they were being rude, so I asked my friend Dr. Google, and apparently it is a legal term used during coorporate action.
These are the shares reserved for those holders who didn't accept, or those who bought after the cutoff date (like me). 1.5% of that lot is mine, and the paperwork is being dispatched today from computershare.
