All those points make sense Pezz, and in regards to him being overworked its the first time I saw him not 100%. We have hiring a investor relations dude so that will make James' life somewhat easier. Only thing I'd add is the potential for upside in this DFS. It is indeed a conservative base case, and milestone ticked.
