25% of all sales were shorts. IMO they don’t have a strong thesis at this point, they’re just trying to make hay while the sun shines on them. Everyone is watching and waiting for BOAs or other meaningful news, and in the meanwhile there’s an opportunity to suppress and scare and try to make a pip or two.
edit: I’d be very surprised if it was any different today. Chunks of 200k thrown into 10c every so often. They’re just doing what they want for the moment, but their time will come.
