Yeah, agree. I’m essentially taking this as a baseline 13-14c valuation (conservative based on DFS numbers), with a 30-40% discount for ‘I’ll believe it when I see it’ + ‘shorters fking around’. So if you have a high level of confidence the team will do what they have said they will in the DFS or better, then it’s a huge bargain. If you’re less confident you watch and wait.
