Thinking about the inflation numbers today, the single biggest driver of the measured value of inflation is cost of housing (15% of the total number). That’s made up of rent + cost of new builds. Half of that equation falls squarely in our wheelhouse. If HRM can reduce cure time and take significant cost out of new builds, now is surely the most ripe market you’ll find for that kind of benefit.
