The current reality is Management continue to overcommit on timelines and fail to deliver....this is no way to rebuild confidence!
While I have been very impressed with James technical capability, it is very disappointing he continues to not deliver to timelines he puts out there. You simply cannot blame govt depts, ASX or counter-parties you are negotiating with.... an astute manager would not commit to timelines where external parties outside his control can significantly influence the deliverable, ...and worse still use the time element created to their commercial advantage.
Hopefully some learnings are taken on board soon as the long term fundamentals and opportunity is immense.
