Unfortunately page 24 of the DFS "Products and marketing" indicates that cost of shipping (CIF) is ADN's responsibility for the KCM90 and CRM products.
In other words, the KCM90 price range of $425 - 465, and CRM / PRM price range of $560 - 826 includes CIF charges of "cost, insurance, freight" (as opposed to FOB - "free on board").
This is also backed up by the "ASIC summary" table on p. 38 that includes shipping costs.
Just my interpretation. Happy to be corrected.
