Still needs action on the ground to consolidate a sustainable rerate of share-price.
The permitting and commencement of the DSO should be relatively straight forward for the SA government and the company. I'd like to see them pursue that as soon as possible which would get the mining started with transport, export through a chosen port, and income. An established operating company would give confidence and belief to investors.
Everything else can follow on from there.
