The last and only extension was on September 22, when the MOU was extended until December 31, 2021. I recall this date passing because the bulls here were jumping about expecting a formal contract immediately after the MOU expired, which of course never happened. There's been no mention of HPA or AEM in any announcement since then, and little to no discussion of it in interviews. So, if the MOU has been extended again and is still active this has been done without informing the market.
