You don’t seem to be picking up the point around capitulation. The whole point is that it’s a panicked rush for the door which snowballs. The catalyst is long term price depression. Doesn’t take much on any given day if the conditions are right (let’s say 3-4M shorts taken out by selling big chunks into the bid in any sign of strength)
