Hi Pezz!!

I wrote to our Federal MP again yesterday asking they legislate shorting, bots and algos etc out of existence.

I don't expect anything will come of it but I would love for a government MP to come out publicly and state they intend to ban shorting etc.

The howls of protest would be deafening!!! And I would enjoy watching all these parasites squirm.

You could safely assume the wild daily swings on the US markets are not retail driven, but clearly the work of institutional investors. Manipulation, in plain language. And the ASX is now falling victim to the same tactics.

With so many people now dependant on Superannuation to fund their retirement, it really is in the Governments best interests to clean up the industry and ensure retirees funds are protected from these exaggerated declines.
