Find myself posting more this week than the last 12 months.
We find ourselves questioning Wether we should have sold in the past at a higher price.
And should we sell now and buy lower.

As many others are, I am down substantially but I believe that with the fundamentals of ADN I will follow my mantra that I live by in hard times, and I've had a few.
Tomorrow will be a better day, fight your way through the current day.
Well it most likely won't be tomorrow, next week,next month but it will come.

My optimism is held by as I said a couple of days ago is Mike Wilkes has bought significantly on market to the tune of $260,000 +.

ADN has the fundamentals to be a tier one company in the future,
The market volatility is hitting many stocks and we are not alone.

Don't give in and don't let the market participants rob you of a future success.
