Sure, lofty. And because we have insider trading rules there is no insider trading, and because we have anti-ramping rules there is no ramping.
They probably wouldn't hold back news of a major BOA until July anyway. It was smaller stuff like LOIs/MOUs, PERP, CC update, lead items, etc. that I had in mind. Wait until July 1st and uncork the announcement genie. Well it's a nice idea at least.
