I want to put this out there.
Prepare everyone to a degree.

Let's assume that we aren't getting the PEPR submission this week or for a few weeks.
Just accept that.

I'm not in love with the idea of saying this.
However the last 12 months of delays on everything (Yes, not all were in mgmt. control.)
They just can't get seem to get things done when they say they will. Ontime or earlier.

Doesn't mean they are bad or don't know what they are doing, it's just the way it is for ADN IMO.
If we do a 100 posts about when, where, who PEPR...we are just going to be disappointed.
Yes, we were told it was a straightforward process but, ADN SHs must live in a world what we are told is going to happen, isn't going to happen in a timely manner.

The PEPR will drop and possibly this week. Stamp a big WRONG on my head then.

However, I see ALL SHs (especially me) are not doing well with ADN's "new reality" of timelines?
I'm not happy about it or is even the biggest ADN bull.
Again, I'm not really concerned about ADN until Nov.
ADN will become a producer.
As I said, we may have a few bumps before we get there.

So for our mental health and expectation levels, I think we just assume things don't happen on time.
They will happen and the SP will recover. Just not tomorrow.
