Every business has teething problems and ADN has had more than it should of. Our problems have been a combination of market conditions, exuberance and inexperience. Those who know James would agree he is honest as they come and committed to making ADN a global powerhouse.
I have been a CEO/Director for 13 years now and if Im honest and look back at the first 3-4 years I probably was out of my depth for a while but this is how you learn and grow from your mistakes.
The fundamentals have not changed and I'm actually very encouraged by the recent caliber of Board Appointment's. Directors only have their reputations in this game so they choose very carefully on which Board they wish to Join. By taking up positions on the ADN Board it says to me that we have a “bright” future ahead of us.
