Yes its a shocking situation and the link clearly shows the market has been interrupted. I did a quick search back and found this from April which is starting to become a sticking point for some producers and suppliers.
IMO I don't see any point in signing any offtakes until the "in principal" land agreements become binding and they lodge the PEPR.
