Any BO offer, whether 15c or 50c needs to be Ok'd by SH's.
I'm now sharing Pezz's concerns of a "clever" offer of 27c (52-week high) would grab enough of the 14,000 faithfuls attn.
It would clear many SHs losses and pull many SHs out of ADN who've given up but, don't want to sell.
Maybe and here's a scary thought.
Maybe they know they wouldn't succeed with a BO but, maybe just wanted to grab 40-49% ?
My have times changed.
12 months about I thought a BO of 70c was criminal.
Let's get it done ADN and increase SH value so we don't need to have these low ball offer concerns!!
