I find you car crash analogy quite fitting, this is how I see it though, the driver is the company and the passengers are the shareholders who have lost heaps of money when the car crashed, the share holders are injured but luckily not fatally, some are obviously in shock and very disorientated not sure if they will survive, we are the ambulance here to reassure them that everything is going to be okay, provide much needed first aid, help rehabilitate those with serious injuries (losses). We understand when victims go into shock they can lash out at those around them who are trying to help, it's part of the recovery process. It's okay to vent your frustration, don't feel too sorry for your selves though, or you will miss the turnoff to higher prices!!
