I think you're on the money there. If there was something coming out in the next few weeks, they'd be prepping the market for it. Instead, they've essentially pushed the whole thing back 6-12 months. I suspect they've done this because otherwise, they'll be turning up to the AGM with nothing to show for all their promises. Not sure they've dodged any AGM bullets anyway, given how they've mishandled it.

A takeover is still a possibility in my view - particularly after PERP approval when the whole thing will be ready to roll, wrapped up like a nice Christmas present and likely still under the FIRB's threshold of $275 million MC. No evidence for that, of course, just an ongoing hunch.
