Has anyone had any direct contact with the Company?
I have asked Patrick Sinclair about the possibility of a Company Update as to how many BOA negotiations are currently been negotiated and at what tonnage. Nothing too specific as the names of companies would be senative info ...
This is what I got back.
"The Company remains confident that the ongoing negotiations for additional Binding Offtake Agreements with a several parties will enable us to deliver on the production and financial outcomes of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) that was released in April 2022."
Safe to say his response was not what I was looking for. I still think they tick off IMCD this year and the balance of the KCM90 for the starter plant of 50,000 tpa.
But if anyone has any other info from the Company please share.
