I think the current action is just investors not being confident that timelines will be hit and that DFS base case is achievable given the need for additional capital in an environment of tightening liquidity and with a share price of 5 cents. Any significant cap raise would be a disaster for dillution with SOI already 3bn+.

And of course global equity markets are generally rattled and lacking confidence right now - which only means investors are far less forgiving and more careful about where capital is placed.
