If you stand to benefit, you can justify anything.
While management may have a list of "achievements" as long as your arm, a glance at the SP trend tells you none of those "achievements" have resulted in any benefit for Shareholders.
They should have all taken a substantial pay cut.
I don't know how they can sleep at night.
