I don't know why the share register has been asked to try and manipulate voting procedures? Surely they would need to remain neutral... anyway my position is that my remuneration vote moves when I see honesty in benchmarking the salary package and positive news in getting to production. Its pretty simple, In my opinion they haven't earned it yet.
