I've been wondering about that. It may be they're keeping their powder dry and waiting for this new remuneration report to be adopted before buying up. NEDs have to buy $70,000 of shares in a three-year period and that probably isn't retrospective. If the report passes and they're not buying up while the shares are cheap, that could be a problem sign.
