Company Directors Never Lose Sleep that the only reason they are getting a Good Wage and a chance of Free Shares and make Big Money is poor old Retail.

The Norm in Australia is Retail is always Easy Money, so we take IT, Bit like playing Poker machines, you cannot Win, SO why don't the Manufactures and owners of the machines Tweak them so people playing Win More, not that hard to do.
