At the AGM I do recall that a question on consolidation was raised. I dont remember what the Chairman said but it was over in a matter of seconds. I got the impression the board had zero interest in consolidation. As very few companies do them it is unlikely in the short term to occur. All the managers seemed pleased to be sitting on a healthy $27.6 m.
Given how the company is now being managed, I believe they will use the current cash amount in a careful and sensible way. Its almost as though the company has been reborn. That is a damn good thing!!!!
