Pilot Plant as pictured. Nothing too fancy required to process smaller batches of material to send to potential clients to analyse for their needs.
A 'Blunger', acts like a giant mix master to stir up the raw wet mix & make it easier to separate the differing materials ( Clay/Sand etc). A "Filter Press', Flat Canvas bags that have the separated/slurry Clay pumped in under pressure then the bags are squeezed with a ram to expel the bulk of the water, leaving a 'Cake' of refined clay that is then air dried to become one of the 'Products'. Other milling/processing machines there as well.
That in essence is why this whole project, resource is SO Damn Attractive. The minimal processing required to bring our resource to market gives ADN a HUGE advantage in keeping their costs down. What's not to like.?
