It's probably that I was planning on buying some more this week if it was 5.0 or under.
I doubt it's imminent PEPR news. Could be someone entering or reentering, shorts closing some of the last 10 million they hold, or perhaps someone has done their due diligence on the new CEO and likes what they have found. Who knows, but it's better than heading in the other direction.
