After following this company for many years now and like many seen highs and lows, delays, etc, all part of the industry.

I can clearly see the chart has definitely formed a base at 0.039 late last year and now a higher low at 0.044 and is now consolidating at this level in anticipation for a PEPR ann which is definitely soon based on the SARIG website documents which mentions a process time of around 300 days.

I think as mentioned many times patience is definitely required with ADN. The chart is saying a broad base around 0.04, 0.044, ?? will launch this company. Higher lows is a great sign of growing anticipation and confidence combined with fundamantals.

I also agree, start production as soon as possible after the PEPR even with low volumes, it will leverage the negotiations for capital and growth over the coming years.
