The PEPR will come
The style of mining (or quarrying) is far less toxic and impactful on the environment than many other existing mines in SA. We live in an environment conscious world influenced by wokes. IMO the govt would not be any faster even if we could capture all the carbon dioxide in the world! Which also would not be good for our health. No carbon dioxide no plants! woops...

We live in a world where govts don't want to make a decision.
They likely outsource many of the reports so they can blame someone else if it goes bad.
It's just the way things are.

Nothing is going to run to our desired timeline in a world where we appear to be heading to a recession. History shows the RBA to undershoot and overshoot the interest rates, hence we will likely see a pull back of rates within 12 months. IMO ADN have the smarts and capability to ride out these macro events and get into production.

Its hard to hire and keep staff at the moment, so having them onboard and running the right direction will save us buckets of time once PEPR is approved.
