Hi muzzamagoo and new regime. In reply I think (right or wrong) the increasing shorts may be because they see someone has to get rid of a whole lot of shares?? They smell blood in the water and are circling. Vanguard needs out. Now I don't have anywhere near the understanding or experience of many of you posters I read and learn from posters both postive and negative.. This is just a thought. Please tell me why im
wrong and the Price is being surpressed. As a consequence of the above.
