In addition and IMO Phase 1 trials are very high risk for patients, unless there is prior in-human data available or it really is last resort.
The trial I went into last year was Phase 2 and I only enrolled knowing Phase 2 results of the same trial treatment combined with a different checkpoint inhibitor. Response rate was quite good and better than Standard of Care, however not every patient achieves complete and durable response ( the case for me ).
