Dude, maybe take a break from HC, this is life in spec stocks, nothing ever ever goes to plan. To me, its a matter of when problems occur, not if, and when they do occur, are they reparable or not. we have BOA's, the updated DFS comes after finance presentations (late May or thereabouts I recall), they're also likely waiting to hear on outcomes of grant applications. If you've traded for so long you would've seen this happen countless times to companies that are very very successful now. Not guaranteeing that ADN will be that successful, but problems are to be expected, lets see how they manage them. This is a Kaolin business fundamentally that got a little carried away with 'blue sky' options that may well materialise, but not any time soon.
