I also thought that the Council were upgrading the water supply. More a quarry operation than a mine and numbers on site will be relatively small. I seem to recall that motel accommodation was purchased a couple of years ago.
This will certainly not need the plant and resources that a mining operation in the Pilbara would require....far from it.
I keep on topping up slowly but surely at these bargain basement prices and will continue to do so.
