Regarding your comment "and numbers on site"
Not sure that we own a motel but talking to Mick Wilkes in BNE I asked Mick about labour availability in the immediate area. There may be a very simple solution for labour availability. Apparently there are quite a number of FIFO workers who already live in Streaky Bay which is quite a nice small coastal town. These FIFI workers are employed in the many mines further north and it is believed they would find it very attractive to go home every night after work.
