Council estimates for sealing of currently unsealed roads is between $40k /km to $50.5k / km (see table below)
Sealing to Streaky Bay Road, at current estimates, should be in the order of $600,000 although this will be after the initial road upgrade required before commencement. From my research, the sealing will be deferred until after the quarry has been established and material is being trucked. This deferring costs.

This is the response received from ADN to queries submitted in August '22 which supports the Council minutes from April '23.

"Andromeda hasentered into an MOU with the District Council of StreakyBay (DCSB) regarding road development, construction and maintenance. Andromeda and DCSB are currently working to further formalise theirworking relationship in an Agreement regarding the on-going maintenance of thePoochera-Port Kenny Road (Road), that will establish a structure for theworking relationship for upgrading and maintaining the Road during ProjectDevelopment and mine production to a safe and operable standard. A developmentapplication has been determined to not be required"

It appears that a potable water supply is available in Poochera and therefore connection would likely be at the Poochera-Port Kenny / Streaky Bay Rd intersection (some 12.2kms away from site). At a cost estimate of something in the order of $250/m given the locality, the water main extension may be in the order of $3m. The following is the response received from ADN to queries submitted in August '22

"The water pipeline design is currently being progressed with SA Water. In the construction, development and commissioning phases, water will betrucked from the SA Water supply to the mining site using B double vehicles,until a permanent pipeline is installed. The infrastructure design forthe required water supply has been undertaken in conjunction with SA Water, toensure that the new supply complies with their existing commitments and supplycapacity. There has been significant consultation with SA Water, and theconstruction and operation of the required pipeline will ultimately be donethrough SA Water. Water usage will not be more than South Australia’spotable water supply (mains water) can support. "
