Price has to be high enough to cover both production costs AND transport AND enough left over for a reasonable profit.
I daresay a lot of potential contracts weren't signed for this reason (besides the DSO).
Eventually...the high purity / whiteness / no carcinogens (unlike the NZ h-k) / high tonnage of Great White should win out.
