It's pretty simple really.
A full set of BOAs by years end with proper companies in democratic countries - share price 12 cents.
BOAs with companies no-one has heard of in countries ruled by dictators - 8 cents.
No BOAs by years end (and therefore a looming cap raise and an attack by shorters) - 2 cents.
Anything other news is just playing with the flippers of a pinball machine with no money.
